1. Please be aware that “Q is for Quirky” bespoke items are not “sized” and you need to check the measurements to see if the item is suitable for your size and shape.
  2. Returns will be accepted for a full refund if items are returned in pristine condition with original tags attached, but return postage will only be paid if goods are faulty.
  3. Returns must be sent with your name, address and original price paid included in the package. PLEASE RETAIN PROOF OF POSTAGE and send back “signed-for”.
  4. All items will be posted out either Royal Mail 2nd class signed for OR for larger items / bulk orders via My Hermes. A signature will be required for proof of receipt of goods.
  5. If you request or need 1st class, this is possible, but will incur an additional charge.
  6. International postage will be considered and accommodated where possible. Please call or contact for a postage quote.
  7. Items can be returned to Quirky shops if you would like to visit the store, but this would need to be within 2 weeks and will be exchanged for a credit note - or an exchange if you prefer.
  8. Items under promotion or special offer “ in store” will not necessarily be offered under the same promotion on-line. Offers are often time and place limited and do not always run across all stores and outlets.
  9. If you prefer, you can call and make a payment over the phone and we can dispatch your goods to your chosen shipping address. A transaction receipt will be sent with your purchase.
  10. All goods are checked and undergo strict quality control before leaving our premises, so we will be able to vouch for the quality and condition of any given item.
  11. Vintage and retro items are not “ new” and will be in a condition commensurate with their age and usage. Please check photos and read description before you buy.
  12. If you have any issue with your purchase, please contact us via email, Facebook, messenger or by phone to discuss this with the team. 
  13. “Q is for Quirky” items are only available at the Liskeard store address.
  14. If you are a loyalty customer, we can send you a loyalty “stamp voucher” for any valid purchases that you can redeem/ transfer to your card when you visit the store. Please let us know this via a message when you have completed your purchase.
  15. If you want to receive information about promotions and events in store, please contact us providing your mobile phone number and we will add you to the text database.
